Unfortunately, we cannot accept any open or used products. If you are unsure about what to order, please schedule a consultation.
For all online orders, once the product has been shipped and leaves our facility it cannot be returned. If you have a defective or damaged product from shipping, please email email@example.com photos and video of the damaged item so we can issue an exchange.
Please note items that are damaged will be replaced at no expense to you, provided that claims are made within 7 business days of when the product was delivered and if the items are unused.
If you ordered the wrong product, it may be exchanged within 30 days of placing your order items must be unopened, unused and unaltered, with all original packaging and/or tags. Our team will request images as proof of unopened/undamaged product, as well as the item you would like to exchange it for.
There will be no exchanges accepted without exchange authorization. To obtain an exchange authorization, please contact our office (845) 587-3134 to speak with the Orders Department, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
