Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for orders that will be shipped by standard ground delivery via USPS which takes 5 to 7 business days.
If you would like expedited or express delivery, the price will be calculated in the shopping cart. Note that expedited and express shipping is at the customer’s expense.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days and will ship via USPS. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional days of transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment.
We currently ship within the USA.
We ship internationally at the customer’s expense. Please contact us by phone 1 (845) 587-3134 or email info@skinsolutionstec.com and we will assist you with your international order.
Tax Policy
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states, including NY and NJ, and as otherwise required by law. If sales tax applies, it will be added to your order when you check out. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states.

Call us at (845) 587-3134. Our staff is available from 9am-7pm Sunday through Thursday and 9am-3pm on Friday to answer your questions and take your orders. At all other times, you may place an order or contact us by leaving a voice message on our answering machine. We will return your call as soon as possible.
TO ORDER ONLINE FOR CONSUMERS
You can place your order anytime 24/7 at https://skinsolutionstec.com All online purchases must be with a credit card. Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discovery are accepted. Please have your card number and expiration date ready.
BACKORDERS/SOLD OUT ITEMS
Although we make every effort to ship your order in its entirety, occasionally we will be sold out of certain items. All backordered/sold out items will be automatically shipped as soon as they are in stock. You do not need to reorder.
If you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt of the order. We will issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise. The correct merchandise will be sent to you immediately.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any open or used products. If you are unsure about what to order, please schedule a consultation.
For all online orders once the product has been shipped and leaves our facility it cannot be returned. If you have a defective or damaged product from shipping, please email info@skinsolutionstec.com photos and video of the damaged item so we can issue an exchange.
Please note items that are damaged will be replaced at no expense to you, provided that claims are made within 7 business days of when the product was delivered and if the items are unused.
Exchange Policy: if you ordered the wrong product it may be exchanged within 30 days of placing your order items must be unopened, unused and unaltered, with all original packaging and/or tags. Our team will request images as proof of unopened/undamaged product. As well as the item you would like to exchange it for There will be no exchanges accepted without exchange authorization.
